Our newest cabin, Wine Cellar, is truly the cream of the crop. From the moment you step onto the stone front porch until you view the majestic rock formation behind the cabin while relaxing in the hot tub, you’ll feel transported to the picturesque vineyards of Tuscany, Italy. The largest cabin in Birch Hollow, Wine Cellar sleeps up to 6 in a unique open floor plan with 2 full baths. The loft features a king-size bed w/ private balcony, the master bedroom has a king-size bed with a custom built-in headboard, and the entry level game/wine-tasting room has a queen-size bed. From the open kitchen/dining/living/loft area, or from two covered porches, you’ll be thrilled by the spectacular view of the mountains and valleys. You won’t believe the attention to detail in the custom-designed wine rack, wine-barrel table, arched doorways, Tuscan fireplace, ornate loft banister, and six alcoves in the 20-ft wall. There is no other cabin anywhere like the Wine Cellar!  The attention to detail by the builder and the impeccable décor are incredible!  The view of the enormous rock in back and the huge mountain in front are breathtaking!  As a wine lover, I appreciate all the special touches, especially the wine bottles in the alcoves on the front wall.  The Tuscan colors (yellow, rust, deep blue) and the sunflowers took me away to the wine country in Tuscany!  Just fantastic all around.  We’ll be back often and will recommend this gorgeous cabin to all our friends.  Thank you for such a wonderful memory!Guest
